Major geopolitical, social, environmental and technological changes and the associated volatility of the markets are leading to increasing instability in existing business models. This presents companies in all industries and regardless of their current market position with the need to fundamentally rethink their business models and initiate urgently needed transformations.
Numerous studies and prominent examples from recent years indicate that 70 to 80 percent of these transformations fail or fall well short of their associated goals due to these are the main factors:

Managing Partner
Dr. Ralf Feierabend founded ConMoto in 1990. He worked for Robert Bosch GmbH in various management positions from 1980 to 1986. From 1987 to 1990 he was director of logistics at Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH. As founder of ConMoto he advises companies of different sizes and industries on strategic issues.
DR. BEDA BOLZENIUS
Chairman
Dr. Beda Bolzenius has been Chairman of the ConMoto Advisory Board since March 2022. He was most recently President and CEO of automotive supplier Marelli. He has decades of experience in automotive top management at Johnson Controls and Robert Bosch GmbH, among others. During his career, he worked in executive positions in companies in Germany, South Africa, the USA, Mexico, China and Japan. He is also a board member in several international start-up companies.

Dipl.-Ing. (TH) Jens Brüschke has been a partner at ConMoto since 2022. He was previously a partner in an international management consultancy for ten years, focusing on strategy and end-to-end processes in the areas of development, supply chain, logistics, maintenance and production. Before that, Mr. Brüschke worked for a well-known OEM in the automotive industry for 14 years in various management positions from production to strategy development and helped to set up the internal management consultancy.
